For this prestigious 18,000 square foot private estate development, our team worked with luxury property developers to fully design all interior spaces and consult with them on architecture, landscaping and access.
The generous spaces of the well-appointed Georgian style property have been thoughtfully designed with contemporary restraint so as to enhance the development’s natural advantages of abundant light, high ceilings and exquisite views.
Areas are left purposefully bare to allow nearby furniture to breathe whilst underutilised areas have been effectively transformed for increased useability and improved aesthetics.
The ongoing project is scheduled to be finalised in 2021 with LuxDeco Studio project managing all non-architectural design work through to completion.
